By signing this document, you give your
consent to the holding and processing (including, but not
limited to, the collection, use, recording, analysis, transfer,
or disclosure) of personal (“Personal Data”) provided by and
about you to the Brentwood Suites (the “Hotel”) for the
following purposes:
(a) Responding to your queries, feedback, complaints, and requests;
(b) Verifying your identity;
(c) Processing your payment and of payment instructions, direct debit facilities, and/or credit facilities request by you;
(d) Completing and fulfilling your reservation and stay;
(e) Fulfilling contractual obligations to you, anyone involved in the process of making your travel arrangements, and vendors;
(f) Managing the administrative and business operations of the Hotel and complying with internal policies and procedures;
(g) Requesting feedback or participation in surveys, as well as conducting market research and/or analysis for statistical, profiling, or other purposes for us to review, develop, and improve the quality of our products and services;
(h) Preventing, detecting, and investigating crime and analyzing and managing commercial risks;
(i) Facilities management, including but not limited to maintaining the security of our premises;
(j) Managing the safety and security of our premises and services, including but not limited to carrying out closed-circuit television surveillance and conducting security clearance;
(k) Monitoring or recording phone calls and customer-facing interactions for quality assurance, employee training, performance evaluation, and identity verification purposes;
(l) In connection with any claims, actions, or proceedings (including but not limited to drafting and reviewing documents, transaction documentation, obtaining legal advice, and facilitating dispute resolution) and/or protecting and enforcing our contractual and legal rights and obligations;
(m) Conducting investigations relating to disputes, billing, or fraud;
(n) Meeting or complying with any applicable rules, laws, regulations, codes of practice, or guidelines issued by any legal or regulatory bodies which are binding on the Company;
(o) Purposes which are reasonably related to the foregoing.
(p) Implementing guest retention programs, and other similar marketing efforts.
The hotel shall preserve your Personal Data for the duration of your stay with the hotel and as may be necessary to exercise or defend against any legal claims.
By signing this document, you likewise give your consent to the processing of Personal Data, which may be undertaken by the Hotel. You further consent to the disclosure or transfer of your Personal Data to government agencies (as may be required by law), third parties (who may be located within or outside the Philippines) affiliated with the Hotel, our agents, vendors, contractors, or third party service providers who are involved in fulfilling matters relating directly or indirectly to your continued stay with us.
Your rights and freedoms as a data subject, to the extent recognized by Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable laws, shall be respected by the hotel. This includes your rights to information, objection, access, rectification, erasure or blocking, damages, and data portability. For these purposes, the hotel shall adopt the necessary physical, organizational, and technical security measures required under the relevant law, rules, and regulations.
Please note that the Hotel’s Data Privacy Policy only covers data directly given to the Hotel. The Hotel may not have control over Data provided to any Third Party Individual or Company, through which you may have used to inquire, book rooms or otherwise communicate with the Hotel.
